INTERNATIONAL FURNITURE DESIGN INNOVATION 2020

The International Furniture Design Innovation (IFDI 2020) provides a platform for students, designers and professionals to showcase their creativity through the invention of a new concept in furniture design for future sustainability. The organization of IFDI 2020 will not only provide opportunities for designers to present their design work, but also can create networking with other designers and entrepreneurs in furniture industry. Entrepreneurs can also use this platform to seek for new talents and fresh ideas in producing marketable furniture to meet the demand in both domestic and international furniture market.

"TRIPLET Design" is a design innovation competition that focuses at 3 important elements in a furniture design.
This Innovation competition would like to cordially invite all participants regardless of your areas of expertise to showcase a great idea in this furniture competition.
By understanding the meaning of "TRIPLET" the participants must undergo the development of ideas that conform to the purpose and concept of triplet.
This "TRIPLET" concept can be conveyed through a variety of participants' creativity, which focuses on the design that can be featured in the market today.
What are the 3 possibilities? It is your creativity with 3 materials, 3 jointing, 3 element of design, or any other relevant yet unique ideas.

SUBMISSION
Prior to submission, Participants are encouraged to demonstrate capabilities in producing an award-winning furniture design for a space with suitable reference to an individual or group. Projects work will be judged on aesthetics, innovation, design concept, problem solving, creativity and novelty.
Main Requirements: This competition is opened to public with a maximum of 4 participants.
